dior

Last week whilst my lovely work colleagues were skating around the ice rink at Somerset House (I have a bad knee, boo hoo), I popped into the exhibition Dior Illustrated: René Gruau and the Line of Beauty. It is a completely gorgeous collection of illustrations by the renowned René Gruau most of which are originals for Christian Dior perfumes, dating from the 1940s – 80s. All of them are incredibly simple and beautiful at the same time, but this one, for the 1963 Diorling, I loved the most.
